Real estate is a people business. For me, it is about helping my vendors to achieve their goals, and helping my buyers find an ideal home. At the end of the day, it comes back to being able to get alongside people to help them make their dreams a reality; helping others find success is my greatest success. One of the keys to my work is my ability to speak fluent English and Mandarin. This opens up a wide network of potential clients and customers, based both locally and overseas. I am comfortable working with people from all walks of life, and have a special ability to connect with all of my clients on a personal level. Using my database, I am able to connect people and properties quickly and effectively. I like to keep my business customer focused. My strength is being able to identify my clients' needs, and deliver on these. With my marketing experience, I am able to add value to properties - sometimes the difference between just a good sale, and a great one. Prior to real estate, I spent three years in software development in leading healthcare and software companies based in Auckland. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce and Science, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science. One of my greatest achievements in the corporate world was when I managed and grew a business from scratch to $1.5M in revenue (average product selling for around $300 per unit). I bring this same focus to helping you achieve your real estate goals. I specialise in residential sections across Auckland's new development areas - especially Hobsonville, Whenuapai, Kumeu, Orewa, Long Bay and Flatbush. Whether you are an experienced builder, developer, or someone who wants to find a section to build your dream home, I can help you find an ideal section. If you are looking for a professional and friendly real estate expert to help you make your next property move, contact me today. You won't be disappointed.
