As a previous member of the New Zealand Canoe Racing team, Alex spends most of his mornings and afternoons on the river or in the ocean. When Alex is not out there helping his clients or training you will find him in the water with his surfboard at his local Surf Life Saving Club (South Brighton) where he is also a strong competitor and voluntary lifeguard, or spending time with his family in Kaikoura.
