Lance was born and raised in a farming family in the rural Te Puke area.
He has spent more than 20 years involved directly with the Farming industry, originally involved with Wealleans Groundspread working throughout the Bay of Plenty for just over six years followed by thirteen years with Fonterra and then three years with Trutest DTS Milk Cooling and Tank Solutions.
