As a previous member of the New Zealand Canoe Racing team, Alex spends most of his mornings and afternoons on the river or in the ocean. When Alex is not out there helping his clients or training you will find him in the water with his surfboard at his local Surf Life Saving Club (South Brighton) where he is also a strong competitor and voluntary lifeguard, or spending time with his family in Kaikoura.
Being born here in Christchurch and part of many community organisations like surf lifesaving, swimming and canoe racing clubs, Alex understands the area very well, as well as the community and more importantly the people and their needs towards real estate decisions.
Alex is best known for how hard he works in the sports arena, knowing he is giving 100% to what he is doing through the results he gets. This makes Alex the real estate agent of choice if you are looking for someone who you know won't leave any stone unturned when it comes to selling your home.
"Houses do sell themselves, but they cannot walk, talk, run, swim, fly, negotiate or create a thriving environment for your home to do its very best in the current market." Alex says.
