Please note:

You will see that the policy schedule notes that certain items that were settled under claim/settlement with Southern Response are currently excluded. Of those items, the shared wall and timber fence have been reinstated and the owners will endeavour to get those items removed from the exclusion clause; the concrete path will be repaired on or before settlement and again will aim to have it removed from the exclusion clause.

That leaves the driveway and kerbing. The owners will handover a sum of money to the new owner.

With respect to the EQC claim/scope of works and subsequent repairs. Further details on those items and the work that we had done is as follows (please refer to the scope of works):

Green House - fully removed
Sewerage & Storm Water - a camera inspection of both the sewer and storm water drains was carried out on 4/9/14. A copy of the report is available. The gravity sewer system was subsequently replaced with a pressure waste water system by SCIRT in mid 2016. A copy of the paperwork provided to us for this work undertaken by SCIRT is also available. No problems have been experienced since the installation of the new system.
Deck - further inspection in 2015 determined that the sub-frame did not need to be repaired and the surface was the only repair required. This work was finally carried out in 2019.
Exterior Roof Covering - not repaired, entire roof was fully replaced with Colour Steel long run iron including the building paper, guttering and spouting
Heating - nite store heater removed
