Property DescriptionWe would like to welcome you to 369 State Highway 33, a home with a lot of potential.
This 1012 sqm site (more or less) of flat land is situated close to both Lake Rotorua's Ohau Channel and Lake Rotoma's Okawa Bay, you can choose what lake you want to take the boat out on. This property is currently operating as a home and dairy business although the owners are willing to close the business and sell this property as a home, this means you have a massive space to fill with whatever you like, a new bedroom, bathroom and second lounge? Let your imagine run wild (subject to council approval).
The attached home has recently been tastefully renovated to create a relaxing sanctuary away from the shop front, the granite kitchen bench top, tiled bathroom and high ceiling boast a sense of luxury to help you relax while you're not working. The covered entertaining deck leads you to the large back yard which has loads of potential.
The large flat back yard suggests the possibility of adding an additional minor dwelling, (subject to council permission). The large back yard also has stand-alone double garage and plenty of off-street parking and enough room for a boat, everything will have a place.
