Like most people in Real Estate, Jess didn't always plan a career in property sales, she tripped and fell in the door at Harcourts 8 years ago after a long career in the hairdressing industry, award winning and results driven Jess decided it was time for change.

Her passion for property became an addiction and Jess still wasn't satisfied so she decided join Harcourts Grenadier as Sales Consultant in early 2021. Jess made her mark quickly after 3 months in the role taking out the number 1 spot for her office rankings and causing a bit of a stir amongst the established agents. Since then Jess has maintained in the top 3 for her office and the top 30 for her franchise. A phenomenal achievement considering Harcourts has approximately 500 agents in Canterbury alone. Jess ended her first year in Real Estate as number 2 consultant for her office and has managed to maintain this number 2 position for 2022/23, no easy feat in a declining market. Not only that but Jess was awarded the title of 'Rising Star' for not only her franchise but the entire Canterbury region 2021/22, both highly sought after and prestigious awards. Jess has the highest possible ranking on Rate My Agent as voted by her clients, and believes the client experience award is the most rewarding. There is nothing more satisfying than having happy clients at the end of the transaction and time and time again Jess proves excellence in her field.
