From 2021 to 2022, Matt focused on the Development and Project Marketing sector, heading up the Project Marketing Division for a global real estate brand, marketing and selling projects with a combined market value of over $500 million across New Zealand, from development sites, terrace housing, apartments through to sections, and leading a team of 15 specialised project marketing agents.
Returning home to Bayleys in August 2022, has developed a strong understanding of both the local and global markets.
