Having graduated from university with a Bachelor of Commerce – majoring in Valuation and Property Management – Mike’s ability to ‘crunch the numbers’ creates a significant advantage for his clients, enabling him to recognise opportunities other agents often overlook.

He also spent more than six years as a member of the New Zealand Police, working primarily in South Auckland. During his tenure in law enforcement he developed an innate ability to connect and negotiate with people from all walks of life, in all manner of situations.

While others in the industry focus on volume, Mike concentrates on results, taking on only those listings which he knows he can give his undivided attention to. As a consequence, he invariably develops closer relationships with his clients, and helps them achieve better outcomes.

Having lived in and around Pukekohe for the best part of four decades, Mike knows the local area like the back of his hand. He’s incredibly excited about the potential for growth the region holds, particularly in the commercial, retail, office and industrial warehousing space.
