Property Description
This exquisite property has been in the same family since its construction in the late 1960’s. It is almost a “Grand Olde Lady“ of Chatsworth.Built with cedar exterior, sliding sash windows, Decramastic roof, and over two storeys, it is quite imposing. The owner has recently painted (and repaired, where necessary) the exterior, while the roof was treated and resealed in the last twenty years.
The inside is original, and this is where the new owner can stamp their own flair and personality. Measuring approximately 253sqm (more or less) it consists of two well-proportioned living rooms, typical kitchen of the day, three large double bedrooms and three bathrooms. The covered back porch opens to the double carport.
The section is well treed, and fenced, and measures approximately 1171sqm (more or less) and consists of two titles with the dwelling being conveniently located solely on one of them.
Don’t be an “if only”. This an opportunity to move to Chatsworth Road at an achievable level. Come to one of our open homes.
