Andrew took on a real estate career with Bayleys Real Estate following eight years in Rural wholesale finance. Five of those years were spent lending and working with intensive arable and dairy businesses in the Mid Canterbury, and three years working with Sheep and Beef, Dairy and Arable back here in the Wairarapa.
