Christchurch born and bred, Simon has a civil engineering background working as a Project Engineer and Project Manager with a civil contractor on NZTA roading projects and residential / commercial land developments. This also included the management and disposal of contaminated materials and land remediation for development for Ngai Tahu Property and various other developers. He is experienced with RMA, managing client and project risk, budgeting, and forecasting.
Further to this, Simon has worked for SITECH New Zealand, distributor of Trimble construction survey equipment as the South Island account manager where he specialised in Civil Construction and Marine high precision survey equipment working with South Island contractors and local ports for scanning and dredging of shipping lanes and berths.
Simon brings a unique skillset to the team and has always had a drive to succeed with property. He is looking forward to building strong relationships for repeat business based on transparency and trust.
