Terms of Supply

By accepting the information contained in this Property File / Data Room (data room), I acknowledge I have read, understood and accepted the terms on which the information is made available. The terms are as follows:-

1. All information supplied from the data room by Bayleys and / or the Vendor to a prospective purchaser is information obtained from third parties which Bayleys and / the Vendor are making available without endorsement or representation as to the currency, accuracy or reliability of that information.
2. No representation is made by Bayleys and / or the Vendor as to the currency, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise of any information from the data room made available to a prospective purchaser.
3. The prospective purchaser must seek advice on the information supplied from the data room from an independent advisor.
4. Whether the prospective purchaser obtains independent advice or not on the information supplied from the data room, the prospective purchaser is deemed to be purchasing solely in reliance on their own judgement and not in reliance on any representations made by the Vendor and / or Bayleys.
