With over 25 years in the industry, Carl has a passion for the Wellington CBD and Te Aro, and a soft spot for heritage buildings. His extensive range of experience and versatility has seen him complete sales ranging from $25,000 to in excess of $25,000,000. Carl has marketed and sold some of Wellington's iconic yet earthquake damaged or prone buildings, along with other interesting tasks including 'leaky' buildings, residential subdivisions, multiple ownership properties and various works ranging for institutional clients to liquidators and receivers Outside of the office, Carl is an active supporter of Athletics, sponsoring New Zealand's most participated 10,000m track event, The Agency Group 10,000m. Carl enjoys trail running and marathons, with some of his major events having been the Gold Coast, Sydney, Rotorua and Tokyo Marathons.
