In a previous life as a retail fashion salesperson, I remember a day where I saw this sleek woman casually walking into my store. Walking up to her, I greeted her warmly and we started a conversation - I wanted to know what she was looking for so that I could provide her with the best options available to suit her needs. An hour or so later, she walked out of the store with a smile on her face. I felt so happy and proud knowing that during that one-hour chat, I sourced the clothing she was looking for and that I had provided her with an exceptional customer experience. I bring the same customer experience to real estate: to offer a personalised service by listening to what you want and need, and by providing you with support and advice along the journey. In my free time, I enjoy exploring Christchurch and other parts of New Zealand with my family, whether strolling in the city or going on outdoor adventures. I am also into taking fitness classes and Hip Hop!
