Originally from Buller and later educated in Nelson, he excelled academically and achieved the highest mark in New Zealand for the Young Enterprise Scheme business exam — a reflection of his strong business skills and drive to succeed. Alongside his real estate career, Joe is also a qualified carpenter, giving him valuable knowledge of the structural aspects of property and the ability to provide practical, honest advice. Having lived in Europe, he brings a broad cultural perspective and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
