Born in Samoa, Julio was raised in Christchurch alongside his four siblings, and he also speaks Samoan. He has a deep knowledge of the city, with a particular passion for communities like Spreydon, Cashmere, Hoon Hay, Barrington, and Somerfield. Outside of real estate, he trains in Muay Thai and spends time with family and friends building relationships, resilience, and balance, which guide the way he serves every client.
