Karen has a proven track record of achieving outstanding results for her vendors. As the ultimate testament, she enjoys a great deal of repeat business from satisfied clients happy to use her skills again and again as well as recommend her to their family and friends. Karen came to real estate from a career spanning around 20 years in customer service. In particular, she was a school secretary, where she gained a myriad of organisational skills and the ability to work with all types of people. Her love of helping people and passion for property combined in her dream job – a career in real estate. Karen takes a truly people-centric approach and her goal is to listen to her clients, identify their requirements then deliver results, all in a stress-free process where every little detail is taken care of. Her skills in marketing ensure each property is strategically and correctly targeted to the right buyers. Karen’s high-level communication skills ensure both vendors and purchasers are kept fully informed every step of the way. She has a reputation for going above and beyond in everything she does, which inevitably means her clients get the best result from their sale. Outside of work, Karen can be found playing outdoor bowls at Burnside Bowls, gardening and spending time with family and friends. Authenticity and integrity underpin everything Karen does. She loves supporting various Russley School activities and its school lunch programme. She is involved with the Kindness Collective, a New Zealand charity that spreads kindness by connecting children and families with the things they need, Aviva, which supports families and communities to live a life free from violence, and Gumboot Friday, an initiative created to provide free counselling for kids. Karen assists clients across a range of property classes. She works collaboratively with the entire Bayleys team to deliver better-than-expected results and takes great pleasure in helping people to achieve their property goals and move on to the next exciting stage of their lives.
