Having progressed from a Sales and Marketing Administrator role within the team, Kolby brings a well-rounded, practical understanding of the end-to-end sales and leasing process. His experience supporting campaigns, coordinating deal processes, and working closely with both clients and agents has given him valuable insight into what drives successful outcomes. Kolby holds a New Zealand Diploma in Business (Level 5), with a focus on Leadership and Management. This foundation, combined with his hands-on industry experience, enables him to approach each opportunity with strong organisation, attention to detail, and a solutions-focused mindset.
