Renée has spent much of her career in the insurance industry, leading teams through some of the most challenging times Christchurch has faced. That experience taught her a lot about people, resilience, and supporting homeowners through big life events. She’s also run a building company, so property is far from new territory. Actively involved in earthquake recovery efforts for more than a decade, Renée has always believed in giving back. She is a Trustee of the Christchurch Symphony Orchestra, a member of Rotary, has led youth programmes through Thrive for Life, and is deeply involved in community initiatives.
