Before stepping into real estate, Alaina built a successful career in human resources working across a range of industries where she supported diverse stakeholders, navigated complex challenges, and helped deliver quality outcomes to get the best out of people and the organisation. Her strengths in negotiation, problem-solving, and clear, empathetic communication are skills she brings confidently to the property world. Alaina also owned and operated a successful cosmetic appearance medicine franchise for five years, where she honed her abilities in customer service, business growth, marketing, team leadership, and sales. That experience sharpened her eye for detail, strengthened her client-first mindset, and taught her the value of consistently delivering a high standard of service. Outside of her professional life, Alaina enjoys staying active and connected—whether it’s through netball (in any capacity: player, coach, or manager), running, Pilates, podcasting, or diving into continued learning in psychology, business, and HR. She’s also a firm believer in balance, happy to unwind with a glass of bubbly and good conversation with friends and family.
