Outside of her professional life, Alaina enjoys staying active and connected—whether it’s through netball (in any capacity: player, coach, or manager), running, Pilates, podcasting, or diving into continued learning in psychology, business, and HR. She’s also a firm believer in balance, happy to unwind with a glass of bubbly and good conversation with friends and family.
